More space to breathe.
More space to breathe.
It’s about to get real organised at Your Place
Your Place creates beautifully organised homes that feel spacious, light and breathable. In a way that suits exactly how you want to live.
Our suite of services
We build systems around how you actually live, so your home stops being something you manage and starts being somewhere you find light and freeing.
Together we'll make sense of what you have, make confident decisions about what we sell, what we recycle and what stays, and then put things back in a place that feels obvious. In a way that feels totally right for you.
The things you no longer need - the good stuff, useful stuff - we find their second life. We photograph it, list it, agree pricing and channels with you and deal with all correspondence.
From working out what's worth selling and where, to getting it listed and out the door, we handle the whole process. We love a bit of Vinted.
Moving home can feel absolutely consuming and chaotic. And it doesn’t need to. We provide strategic pre-move organisation, helping you get rid of what no longer serves you and carefully categorise what remains.
Whether you are moving into a new home or back to a newly renovated space, we ensure unpacking in your new home feels calm, intuitive, and far less overwhelming – setting you up for a smooth transition from day one.
“‘What a gem !
Hattie organised our rather shambolic kitchen with grace, efficiency and thoroughness.
Everything is now gleaming, labelled and easy to find.
We cannot recommend Hattie and her amazing organisational skills highly enough.”

So,
who’s Hattie?
I've spent years in fast-moving startups - launching products, chasing targets, pitching my heart out - generally thriving on chaos.
When Chronic Fatigue Syndrome stopped me in my tracks for six months, the only thing that genuinely kept me going was sorting, clearing and bringing order to my space. Bit odd maybe. But there's something about a decluttered, clean room that did something to my headspace, to my breathing, and I loved it.
Once I was feeling more myself, I started doing it for people around me - friends, family, anyone who'd let me in the door. And every single time, I saw the same change in people - lighter, calmer, more emboldened. We created actual breathing space!
So here I am.
I'm Hattie Freeman and I help people clear the stuff that's driving them mad. So that they can find their floors again, understand what they don't need and get on with being merry.

Your Place is a judgement-free, fully-confidential space.
When we think about it, judgement is a bit useless, isn’t it? Doesn't solve problems, build confidence or make decisions easier. I much prefer kindness, curiosity and working together as a team.
I've seen homes at every stage, from a few overflowing cupboards to rooms that haven't been used in 10+ years.
When I walk through a client’s front door, I'm purely looking at all the wonderful possibilities. My head is creatively engaged in thinking how we can make your home feel lighter and aligned to your ideal.
There’s no need to apologise or tidy before I arrive. Seeing your home exactly as it is helps me understand what's working, what isn't and how I can help.

That's a very normal feeling. Let’s work through this.
Firstly, you won’t have to be alone in this going forwards. My goal is to relieve you from feeling like you have to tackle your home by yourself.
Without help, decluttering solo entails thousands of decisions to be made, which can overwhelm and exhaust anyone in minutes. It is no surprise that sorting our possessions is put off because our daily lives require so much energy from us already.
Although I will require you to be present to have your yay’s and nay’s (what’s to stay, what’s to go, what do you think of this presentation and storage system), having professional help brings structure, strategy - and crucially energy!
Secondly, there will be no pressure to fill multiple bin bags or make huge decisions on day one. We start where it feels comfortable and the momentum builds from there.
I also find it helpful here to rejiggle the frame. Decluttering is about making space for the life you want to - deserve to - live; getting rid of things doesn’t need to be the focus.

How brilliant you've realised you don't have to do it all yourself! You are not failing even a little bit.
Recognising that your time and energy are valuable is a strength. We all invest in experts in different areas of life because they make things easier, quicker and often far more enjoyable.
Nobody thinks less of you for saving time getting your hair cut by a professional instead of doing it in the bathroom mirror. Or getting a cleaner instead of spending your weekends scrubbing the kitchen floors.
My goal is to fully relieve you from the home To Do piles and the weight they carry.

The resulting environment, post- personal organiser session, can go a long way to increasing your wellbeing for a sustained period of time.
A decluttered and organised environment gives you valuable time, mental clarity, and a greater sense of control. By creating functional systems for your spaces, you reduce decision fatigue, eliminate time wasted searching for lost items, and clear emotional clutter.
The ultimate benefits of personal organisation break down into a few key areas:
Time & Productivity
No More Searching: You always know where items are, saving you from daily frustration.
Task Efficiency: Streamlining your daily flow ensures you complete simple tasks much faster.
More "Me" Time: Freeing up hours previously lost to disorganization gives you space to relax.
Mental Wellbeing
Reduced Stress: Removing physical clutter dramatically lowers anxiety, as has been proven by multiple research studies.
Better Focus: A tidy environment removes distractions, allowing you to concentrate on real work.
Increased Self-Confidence: Successfully managing your environment can truly boost personal empowerment.
Space & Finances
Space Maximisation: Getting rid of excess belongings makes your home or office feel a lot larger and more inviting.
Financial Savings: Knowing exactly what you own prevents you from making duplicate purchases. You can also earn money back when we resell your unwanted possessions.

Guaranteed more fun than doing it alone (or your money back!)
You will need to be present as I need your yes’s and no’s; the decisions will still be yours. I bring the energy, the creativity and the structure that makes those decisions feel 10X easier than they would on your own.
I walk into every home genuinely excited about what it could be, whilst staying true to what’s possible and what’s going to be sustainable. We build something that works for how you and your household live, not how you wish you lived.
We start somewhere that is both a priority and feels doable. By lunchtime things will already feel a lot lighter.

Decluttering + Organising
You’ll be quite amazed what we’ll get done together in a short space of time. A minimum of half a day is needed for us to make a significant difference that sticks.
Half Day (3.5 hours) £195
Examples of what can get done in this time:
Wardrobe edit, organise & structure
Office desk clear & refresh
A pantry declutter, clean & order
Full Day (7 hours) £365
More ground can be covered with a whole day, such as:
Kitchen overhaul with new systems introduced
A bedroom empty, sort & restructure
Living space strip, organise, clean & replace
Multi Package (21 hours) £995
Larger projects, such as a garage or multiple bedrooms, require more than one day.
Save £100 on the day rate and use 3 days worth of hours around your schedule, back to back or spread across the month.Reselling
Editing your things often naturally unveils things worth reselling and rehoming.
I handle the whole process - photographing, listing, pricing, correspondence, packing, posting. You just say yes or no to what goes.
This is an add-on to our organising session. Pricing is based on a flat fee plus a small commission on sales, contingent on the nature of items and volume.
This price will be agreed upon together and included in your quote before any work begins.
-
We can roughly estimate that an area - such as a wardrobe, pantry, office desk - will be half a day to edit and organise.
A kitchen, bedroom or living space usually takes a full day.
Multi-day projects take on multiple rooms, garages and other large storage spaces.
I can give you a better idea of the timeframes once we’ve discussed your current home set up and what you’d like to change.
I’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
